Thamnochortus lucens Cape Reed Restio
This is one of the smaller restios growing to a height of around 1m. It consists of attractive dark brown flower heads and would be an elegant and decorative addition to any garden. Best grown in a free draining sunny position.
Trachelospermum jasminoides Star Jasmine
Evergreen twining climber or ground cover with dark green foliage colouring to bronze-red in winter. From mid summer masses of pure white fragrant flowers are produced.
Viburnum Japonica Japanese Viburnum
Very robust evergreen member of the Viburnum family. Beautiful long, glossy leaves make way for small clusters of highly scented small white flowers in summer, followed by red berries through until winter.
This evergreen shrub is used for hedging, topiary,and as stand alone shrubs. It is popular for its winter flowering habit. Flowers are white and are produced from reddish pink buds in dense cymes in winter. Responds well to a trim after flowering.
Large clusters of red buds in winter opening to white flowers in spring followed by blue berries in summer and autumn. This popular hardy evergreen is ideal for specimen planting but also makes a great small hedge.

A very graceful and elegant Australian native that is under utilised for hedging or specimen planting. An array of reds and pinks set the new growth apart from most others, giving way to small but fragrant flowers.
