A hybrid between plum and apricot. Yellow with red blush. Has a distinct Apricot flavour, medium sized fruit. Strong grower. Choice dessert. Pollinate with Plum Duff’s Early Jewel or Santa Rosa.
Medium-sized early fruit with dark red flesh and skin colour. Flesh is slightly tart, juicy and excellent flavour. Ideal for all culinary uses. Free-draining rich soil required. Pollinators: Omega, Black Doris.
Everyone’s favourite. An excellent all purpose plum with purple black skin and delicious, sweet dark red juicy flesh. Ripens around February. Pollinators include Elephant Heart, Santa Rosa, Duffs Early Jewel and Billingtons. Deciduous.
This European Plum ripens quite late in the season, towards March. It is worth the wait as the large rich, juicy, golden fruit have a delicious flavour. Likes the best sunny position to do really well. Pollinate with Greengage or Reine Claude de Bavay. Deciduous
A small tart oval fruit with bluish skin and yellow green flesh. ‘Damson’ plums are a self-fertile, mid – late season (late Feb) Often used in the preparation of jams, jellies and sauces. The fruits can be eaten if left on the tree to ripen.
An early plum ripe in time for Christmas. The small to medium sized fruit have red skin and yellow flesh are great for eating straight off the tree or for making Plum sauce. Considered to be self fertile but happy with a companion such as Santa Rosa or Red Doris. Deciduous.

This European Greengage plum is widely grown in France but is actually a heritage plum from Belgium dating back to 1832. The attractive green fruit is full of flavour and highly aromatic. Heavy and reliable crops. Self fertile. Plant in a sunny spot. Deciduous
Firm sweet juicy fruit that is highly aromatic. Considered to be one of the best tasting plums in the world The skin is crimson to purple and the flesh is yellow blushed pink. Hardy and vigorous. Pollinate with Omega or Black Doris. Deciduous. Though Santa Rosa is often described as partially self-fertile it will perform better with a near by partner.
A great plum for fresh eating or culinary purposes as it is perfect for preserving or making jams and jellies. The medium sized fruit is round and dark red, the flesh is dark red, juicy and sweet. Crops well. Though partially self-fertile this plum would enjoy the company of ‘Santa Rosa’. Deciduous.
Wilson’s Early is just that with fruit ripening just before Christmas. The fruit is small and bright red with yellow flesh. Suitable for eating straight off the tree or preserving. This plum is mostly self-fertile but will do better with a pollinator such as Black Doris or Billington. Deciduous
An excellent variety of Quince. The fruit is a lemon colour and the tree is a spectacular sight when in full fruit. Matures in February and March and is self fertile. Large fragrant fruit.
The ‘Tamarillo’ is a sub tropical tree that produces delicious oval red fruit that start ripening towards the end of summer. The fruit are rich in Vitamin C. Happiest in a sunny, well drained position that provides shelter from harsh wind and frost. Evergreen.
Bright, red orange, semi-flat shaped fruit that are very juicy and rich in flavour with just a hint of sharpness. Thin skinned. Pick when skin colour fades. The fruit ripens from August through to October and holds well on the tree. Happiest in a sunny well drained position. Evergreen.
