This thornless beauty is a cross between blackberry and raspberry. Mid-summer fruiting with large wine-red berries with a delicious sweet smooth flavour. Espalier like a fan on a wall, or simply grow along a fence line. Plant in well drained soil with a support frame to keep brambles off the ground. Prune in winter when the plant is dormant by cutting out the weak, fruited and old canes leaving 8-10 strong canes. Self fertile. Best in full sun. Frost tolerant.
